1, Let the distance between the molybdenum wires in the wire cutting machine tool and the wire cylinder in the wire cutting process be about 2mm to prevent wire stacking during the moment of reversing.
2, The medium wire cutting machine tool and the V-shaped groove of the guide wheel jointly limit the wire to a straight line perpendicular to the axis of the guide wheel, to ensure the guiding and positioning effect of the V-shaped groove of the guide wheel on the wire movement.
3, The wire cutting machine's wire wheel and wire stopper should also ensure insulation with the bed, and should not cause short circuits between the wire and the bed due to them.
4, Restrict excessive water from being carried onto the spool. At any time, the wire discharge wheel and stopper of the wire cutting machine should not cause excessive resistance to the operation of the wire, as any impact it has on the working tension of the wire will have a negative effect. It should also be noted that the parts must be cleaned thoroughly before installation, which is crucial for the length of service life!
